Organization leaders who do not want to challenge REBNY directly can choose to partner with Campaign to Stop Construction Sweatshops or any efforts to stop residential and commercial tenant abuse by acting against a particular developer(s), property owner(s) or landlord(s).
For example, labor and other organizations can target Tishman Speyer, property owner/developer/lobbyist, or other business, for operating construction sweatshops, abusing tenants, raking in tax abatements without providing affordable housing and/or for corrupting our political leaders.
